Who we are
This website is operated by TEPOZMEDIA LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17434701, with its registered office at 233B Finchley Road, London, NW3 6LS, United Kingdom (“Tepozmedia”, “we”, “us”).
We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy. For any privacy question or request, write to hello@tepozmedia.com or to the address above.
What we collect
- Enquiries. When you use the contact form or email us, we receive the details you choose to give: your name, company, email address and the content of your message.
- Technical data. Like every website, our hosting provider’s servers record standard logs when you visit: IP address, date and time, the page requested and your browser type. These logs are used for security and to keep the site running.
- Anti-abuse data. To limit spam, the contact form stores a salted, irreversible hash derived from your IP address together with the time of submission. We cannot turn that hash back into an IP address.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising pixels or any other third-party trackers. Fonts and images are served from our own domain, so your browser does not contact third parties when you read these pages.
Why we use your data, and our legal basis
- To answer your enquiry and discuss possible work — our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
- To deliver services to clients — performance of a contract.
- To keep the website secure and prevent abuse — our legitimate interest in protecting our systems.
- To keep business, tax and accounting records — compliance with our legal obligations.
We do not use your details for marketing unless you have asked us to, we do not sell personal data, and we do not make decisions about you by automated means.
Who we share it with
We share personal data only with service providers that help us run the business and act on our instructions — chiefly our website hosting and email provider — and with professional advisers, regulators or authorities where the law requires it.
International transfers
Our website is hosted within the European Economic Area, which the United Kingdom recognises as providing adequate protection for personal data. If a provider processes data elsewhere, we rely on a UK adequacy decision or on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not lead to work: up to 24 months after our last contact with you.
- Client records: for the length of the engagement and up to six years afterwards, as required for tax, accounting and legal purposes.
- Server logs and anti-abuse data: for a short period, normally no longer than 12 months.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask us for a copy of your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to our use of it, and to receive it in a portable format. Where we rely on your consent you may withdraw it at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, email hello@tepozmedia.com. We will respond within one month. There is normally no charge.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We would appreciate the chance to put things right first.
Children
This website is aimed at businesses. It is not intended for children and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last revised.
